Driving a Cleaner Climate for Your Business

Using the knowledge gained in improving our own environmental performance, ORIX can in turn assist you and the environmental performance of your whole fleet. ORIX has developed a consultative program to help you better understand and manage the impact of your vehicle fleet on the environment. While empowering you to reduce your carbon footprint, we will continue to ensure your fleet is performing cost effectively and meeting your operational needs.

The EnviroMotion program for customers has 3 key components to complement your company’s sustainability strategy – namely Measurement, Reduction and Offsetting. We give you the flexibility to take up any or all 3.

Measurement

  • Carbon Footprint Report: Provides a total fleet CO2 measure and highlights vehicles within your fleet with high CO2 output. Your ORIX Account Manager will then work with you to develop strategic plans to help meet reduction targets.
  • Fuel Exception Report: Includes a Carbon Emission Summary, highlighting the CO2 emissions of each vehicle in your fleet.

Reduction

Your ORIX Account Management team has the knowledge and resources to assist you select vehicles that meet both operational and environmental fleet objectives. For short-term requirements you can rent from our new, lighter and more fuel efficient Mini-lease fleet. We also offer a waterless car wash service, provided by Ecowash Mobile, and can arrange Eco Driver Training for your staff to improve driver behaviours, in turn reducing your emissions and fuel consumption.

Offsetting

ORIX has partnered with Carbon Planet to offer carbon credits for the offset of unavoidable carbon emissions associated with the operation of your fleet. Associated costs can be spread over the lease term and included in monthly lease rentals.
