  • Advice

    Your ORIX Account Management team will help you determine the right commercial vehicle for your needs and will assist you in the specification and design process.   • Acquisition

    Before you buy your vehicle the Account Management team will help you determine the right vehicle for your operational requirements. Our strong manufacturer and third party accessory network allows us to negotiate highly competitive prices within 72-hours on your behalf.

  • Accident and Claims Management

    Traffic accidents are a fact of life. Research shows that each year, one in five vehicles will be involved in an accident. At ORIX we provide assistance to minimise their impact on your business. That means 24 hour roadside assistance and complete management of claims/ repairs and quarterly claims reporting.

  • Build Inspections

    ORIX has a team of in-field Operations staff who manage the asset in-build process. Our team involvement will provide technical expertise in relation to programming new vehicles with the manufacturers, monitoring and inspection of the vehicles throughout the building and delivery process. They will also carry out periodical fleet inspections to ensure suppliers and service providers are maintaining your fleet.

  • Customer Centre and Fleet Reports

    ORIX provides on-line access to information about your commercial vehicles, live from ORIX’s fleet management system, in real time, 24-hours a day/ 7-days a week. It allows you to share the same information used by ORIX to manage your fleet from the comfort of your office whilst discussing your future needs with your Account Management team. ORIX also provides all key fleet management reports either on-line, on-demand or by simple schedule process. If you have specific needs ORIX can customise reports, fleet data and invoicing to meet the demands of your business.

  • Driver Training Management

    ORIX driver training programs are directed towards advancing drivers knowledge, skills and competencies well beyond the level required for licensing and are based on adult learning theories. Courses can be arranged through our driver development and training partner or the trainer of your choice. ORIX can also customise programs to suit your individual business needs.

  • E-tag Management

    ORIX has the ability to take on and manage your e-tag passes nationally. ORIX orders e-tags and ensures they are delivered to you within three days of vehicle delivery. If an e-tag is lost or faulty ORIX arranges to replace it. ORIX will monitor usage and fines for every vehicle in your fleet and incorporate charges into your monthly invoice.

  • Fuel Management

    ORIX offers a fuel management service to help your business effectively manage fuel costs through strict cost control and streamlining the reporting process. ORIX offers three cost-effective ORIX fuel cards – the ORIX Motorcharge Card, ORIX StarCard and ORIX Shell Card. You have the freedom to choose whichever solution works best for your business or we can arrange fuel cards with your preferred supplier and negotiate the best possible deal on your behalf. ORIX fuel reporting allows you to compare fuel efficiency of assets within your fleet and highlight inefficiencies and possible misuse.

  • Infringement Management

    ORIX provides the administration of fines for traffic infringements incurred by your drivers. ORIX can arrange for traffic fines or unpaid tolls to come directly to us. ORIX will then generate a statutory declaration and forward it to the relevant driver. We continue to monitor and report on infringements so the registration of your fleet and the productivity of your drivers are not put at risk.

  • Registration

    ORIX can undertake all administration of vehicle registration for your commercial vehicles, making sure all your vehicles are registered before delivery and their annual renewal. ORIX can incorporate registration into your monthly payments, spreading the cost over the year. We can also assist in arranging re-registration of vehicles, notification of vehicle transfer, notification of annual inspection certification requirements, claiming of registration refunds, replacement registration labels and registration plates.

    ORIX operates a fleet of 1,200 trucks and trailers through our seven rental branches. Access to these assets ensures your business is never interrupted by an accident, breakdown, theft, peak periods or the start up of a new contract. You can draw on our rental assets as needed at competitive daily, weekly or monthly rates.

  • Disposal

    ORIX will highlight when vehicles are coming off lease through our imminent expiry reports. This will allow your business to make crucial decisions in relation to new vehicle orders, potential extension of existing leases, to arrange off lease inspections and repair of damages in a cost effective manner before they are returned to ORIX.
