Traffic accidents are a fact of life. Research shows that each year, one in five vehicles will be involved in an accident. At ORIX we provide assistance to minimise their impact on your business. That means 24 hour roadside assistance, replacement vehicles, complete management of claims and repairs and quarterly claims reporting.

ORIX's purchasing power allows us to negotiate competitive insurance premiums and benefits. This includes $20 million third party liability coverage, no excess on windscreen claims, lease payout protection and cover for personal property. Insurance premiums can be included in your monthly lease payments to help cash flow planning.

ORIX provides on-line access to multi-layered information about your fleet vehicles, live from ORIX's fleet management system, 24-hours a day/ 7-days a week. Our Customer Centre allows us to share the same information used by us to manage your fleet, improving communication flows and decision making. We also provide our comprehensive range of fleet reports on-line, covering areas including CO2 emissions, FBT, fuel, fleet changes between periods, vehicles on order, actual to budget variances and vehicles due for replacement. Reports are accessible either via your Account Manager, or on-line. If you have a specific or unique reporting requirement, we can customise reports (including invoicing formats) to meet your exact requirements.

ORIX driver training programs are directed towards advancing drivers knowledge, skills and competencies well beyond the level required for licensing and are based on adult learning theories. Courses can be arranged through our driver development and training partner or the trainer of your choice. ORIX can also customise programs to suit your individual business needs.

ORIX has the ability to take on and manage your e-tag passes nationally. ORIX orders e-tags and ensures they are delivered to you within three days of vehicle delivery. If an e-tag is lost or faulty ORIX arranges to replace it. ORIX will monitor usage and fines for every vehicle in your fleet and incorporate charges into your monthly invoice.

ORIX provides comprehensive Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) management and reporting, using both the Statutory Method and the Operating Cost Method. We collate and report on items including Employee Contribution Method, Days Unavailable, Business Use %, Rental Car usage and Residual FBT. Customers also have access to up-to-date fleet FBT data via the online ORIX Customer Centre, further improving the ability to track and make decisions that minimise FBT expense.

ORIX offers three cost-effective ORIX fuel cards with highly competitive fuel discounts and single card multi-franchise capability. We can also arrange fuel cards with your preferred supplier and manage fuel cash flows and/or data. Our fuel reporting provides detailed information on fuel exceptions such as over-filling, excessive consumption and incorrect fuel types as well as enabling comparisons between models on fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions. As with all of our fleet reporting, this information is available on-line.

ORIX provides the administration of fines for traffic infringements incurred by your drivers. We can arrange for traffic fines or unpaid tolls to come directly to us so that they are processed against the relevant driver. We also monitor and report on infringements, assisting with OH&S management and driver training planning.

In most cases we undertake all of the administration of vehicle registrations for your fleet, making sure all your vehicles are registered before delivery and at renewal. We have developed sophisticated reporting allowing us to instantly recognise and correct any registration exceptions. We also arrange vehicle transfers, annual inspection certification requirements, claiming of registration refunds, replacement registration labels and registration plates.

Our team of qualified technicians actively control maintenance costs, avoiding over-spending and ensuring that all repairs are completed in accordance with manufacturer standards. In addition to expert expense control, ORIX has long standing discount arrangements in place with most suppliers, providing our customers with substantial savings. Savings of approximately 30% are possible when compared with businesses managing their own fleets.

ORIX operates it's own rental fleet of almost 300 passenger and light commercial vehicles so that your business isn't interrupted by an accident, breakdown or theft. You can choose to include replacement vehicles as part of your Lease Agreement for a small monthly fee, or draw on our Mini-lease fleet as needed at competitive daily, weekly or monthly rates.

ORIX provides your drivers with the services and support they need when the road takes an unexpected turn. No matter where they are, drivers can access our 24 hour national roadside assistance by calling a single telephone number. Drivers can seek help with everything from keys locked inside cars and flat batteries to towing and sorting through accident claims.
