Reconciliation Action Plan

Committed to values of reconciliation
At ORIX Australia, we have a diverse team who work with customers across the Asia Pacific region to find flexible solutions. The vehicles we help fund and manage for our customers traverse the entire breadth of our nation, maintaining close relationships with many regional and remote communities.
We recognise that our journey to these communities is a privilege, and with this privilege comes the responsibility to tread lightly, acknowledging and honouring the custodianship of the land by its traditional owners in which we enter.
Beginning our reconciliation journey
Developed with our National RAP Working Group and Reconciliation Australia, the ORIX Australia Reflect RAP for 2024-2025 is our strategic roadmap laying the foundations for ORIX Australia and future reconciliation initiatives for implementing lasting impact. It includes commitment to action on a number of fronts, including cultural awareness, improved workplace policies, inclusive community efforts and supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses through procurement activities.

Embodying our purpose
We are committed to the values of reconciliation and doing our part to promote this initiative in our workplace and the communities in which we operate. We actively seek opportunities to deepen our knowledge about Country, and the generations of stories and experiences it holds.
