The annual list, published by The Human Resources Director Publication, shines a spotlight on organisations leading the way in HR innovation. ORIX was recognised for its Diversity and Inclusion Network Group designed to provide Macquarie Park / North Ryde Businesses with an opportunity to engage and share learnings to improve its ability to attract and retain diverse talent. It also aims to increase the potential for adding value for their clients through lateral thinking and developing ideas from within the organisation.
